COOP Ale Works DNR Strong Belgian Ale


This Belgian Style dark ale is comprised of central and western European malts, Noble hops, candy sugar and traditional Trappist yeast. Pours a copper color, with nice aromas of dark fruits. These translate on the palate to notes of dried fruit- dates, figs, raisins, cherries, and slightly sweet notes of cinnamon and vanilla. It has a boozy, but not overpowering, finish. Ballast Point Peanut Butter Victory at Sea


A nutty version of Ballast Point’s trademark Imperial Porter brewed with Caffè Calabria coffee & vanilla, and added peanut butter for an additional level to this roasty, flavorful beer! It pours jet black with a light tan head. Aromas of vanilla, coffee and chocolaty malts. Full body, medium sweet taste, some light bitterness in the finish. Flavors of vanilla, coffee dark chocolate give way to a mild nutty peanut finish. 10% ABV 68 IBUs

Session beer is not defined by flavors or aromas, which can place it n almost any style category.  Instead, what makes a session beer is primarily refreshment and drinkability.  Any style of beer can be made lower in strength than described in the classic style guidelines.  The goal should be to reach a balance between the style's character and the lower alcohol content.  Drinkability is a factor in the overall balance of these beers.  Single malt, single hop; herbs & lemon; crisp, dry finish.  5.5% ABV


ABITA BOURBON STREET IMPERIAL STOUT $11.79/32OZ $9.23.29/64OZ 


Aged in small batch bourbon barrels this Imperial Stout is brewed with a combination of pale, caramel, chocolate and roasted malts, as well as, oats to give a fuller and sweeter taste.  Cold aged for 6 weeks before spending another 8 weeks in bourbon barrels, the result is a full bodied and smooth stout that starts with roasted malt and dark chocolate flavors and a kiss caramel sweetness and finishes with excellent bourbon, vanilla and oak flavors that meld together well. 10% ABV 20 IBUs
